It's a BOY!!!!

Yes it's true... I'm pregnant! 22 weeks in fact. And no I couldn't really believe it either! 

When I took that test I really wasn't expecting it to be positive and when it was I didn't know what to think. So many emotions ran through me, I was excited, scared, nervous and unbelievably happy! I couldn't stop smiling and couldn't wait to tell Mark. 

After all the happiness, then came the morning, afternoon and the all night sickness... I was so sick I couldn't do anything. My house was dirty for about 16 weeks, the laundry never got done and dinner wasn't made very often. Now that I am 22 weeks I couldn't be feeling any better, I wish I could be pregnant all the time feeling like this! It really is amazing how Heavenly Father erases your memory of all the bad things that come along with getting these sweet spirits here.

This whole time I've been pregnant I was so convinced that it was a girl but to my surprise.... It's a boy! I really can't believe that we're having a boy. I am so excited to have a cute little Mark running around my house, playing with his dad and cuddling with his mom. It's so crazy to me how much i LOVE this little babe inside me right now. I can't wait to meet him and can't wait to be his mama. I'm so grateful that I'm able to become a mom and bring this sweet spirit to this earth.

Goodbye 2012....

Its crazy how time flies and how you forget everything that goes on in a whole year...

So this year I'm going to be better at writing all of our memories down. That way we can look back on all the fun things we do and remember the good ol days. I'm going to make an extra effort into being 'that girl' that takes pictures of every thing we do and write it down. Mark will probably hate it, but he'll thank me one day.

Mark & Cede 2012 Highlights

This year has been so much fun and we have so much to be thankful for.

Mark has been working so hard this year, loving his job and working with Doug has been awesome. He’s been so busy and we’ve been thankful for his job and that he’s able to provide for us.

We’ve had some fun adventures this year! Our first one started off with a trip to California in February. I finally convinced Mark to take me to Disneyland! I had so much fun and Mark really enjoyed the churros. J Needless to say we probably won’t be going back for a while, but it was still a good time!

Then, again, in July we were invited to go back to Cali with my brother and his family. This time we spent most of the day at the beach, playing games and eating out, a lot. We had so much fun and hope we will get to go back next year.

Next we made our annual trip up to Alaska! This was definitely my favorite trip by far. We had so much fun with all the family and the new rec room is awesome! We loved watching movies in the theater room, hiking, and sight seeing! We can’t wait to go back up there next year!

Finally, the biggest adventure and news of all, we are expecting baby #1 this May!!!! We seriously are so excited to bring a baby into this world and also scared out of our minds! But really, we’re excited! We are feeling so blessed and can’t wait to meet our sweet baby.

Overall this year has been so wonderful. We are so thankful for all the blessings we have and are really excited for what the Lord has in store for us this next year. We’re so thankful for all of our family and all you do for us. We love you guys so much and look forward to this next year with you all.

WOW its been way too long

so i haven't been very good at keeping this up to date! HA! Pretty terrible in fact. Well recently we took a trip to Cali with Jer, Chels & the boys! We had a blast! Lots of sunshine, ocean, sand, ice cream, food and good company.

Today is Marks birthday. Mark is not here. Mark is in Alaska. Which makes me sad. SO in celebration of marks day of birth i bought myself some cupcakes! SO HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABE! I miss you like crazy and im so sad that were not together on your bday. But we will celebrate when we are reunited :)

conference weekend

So we had a wonderful weekend. Colby and Greg came to visit and we had so much fun! We scored some tickets to conference which made me so excited because i've never been. 1 Year.

Today is our 1 year anniversary and i could not be happier! I never thought i would find someone that makes me so happy! I am so thankful that Lacy introduced us 2 septembers ago. Life could not get any better. My husband is perfect and cute and super funny.I thought I would list a couple of reasons why i love him so much.

-He is the sweetest person i have ever met. Even though he doesn't show it to other people, believe me he's sweet :)

-He's a dang hard worker.

-I love that he can fall asleep anywhere and in any position.

-He loves ice cream way too much.

-He makes me laugh allllll the time!

-He's so shy around people but can and will do anything in front of me haha.

&

-I love that he dances with me in the car.

I know their are a lot more reasons why i love him but i cant think of anymore right now ha. I am so happy that 1 year ago I married him. He is simply perfect. I love you Mark!!

I'm 21?

So this is my very first post and im trying to get use to all of this blogging stuff! I've been wanting a blog forever and im so excited to finally have one! I have no memories of mark and i written down for our first year of married life. how sad! so here's the beginning to lots of new memories recored!

So i just turned 21! One perk of living far away for your family is on your birthday you feel like the most popular person ever! i loved getting all the hilarious voice mails,cute bday cards and text messages!Then the Birthday extravaganza begins!FIrst Mark had a present wrapped in newspaper and the cutest card ever!Then he took me out to OUTBACK for dinner(YUM). We then went to our good friends The Conways and watched our favorite show/guilty pleaser, The Bachelor!!! Megan made me the cutest cake(so bummed i dont have any pictures of it!) and they sang happy birthday and the whole sha-bang. After we had got home Mark had one more surprise for me! Sweet Tooth Fairy CUPCAKES and cute candles. I love my hubby he is way to good to me. So i pretty much had a really great birthday and felt the loved. YAY for 21!
